In addition, the wood may include natural wood imperfections which include, but are not limited to: knots, minor cracks or dents, discoloring, etc. These only add to the uniqueness of hand-crafted items, and therefore these pieces cannot be returned due to these characteristics.

Our signs are handmade and hand-painted by our two hands, and not mass produced. Therefore NO two signs are 100% identical making them truly one-of-a-kind pieces. This is the beauty of shopping handmade items!

For international orders: Customs duties, taxes and processing fees may be incurred, depending on the country. When this happens, you (the buyer) will be responsible for these fees and asked to pay this cost before receiving your package.

All dimensions are approximate but are found to be reliably accurate. For framed signs, the dimensions in the item listing include the frame.

Custom and personalized orders

I gladly accept custom and personalized requests. Custom items or personalized signs are final sale and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. This includes changing colors of a stock design, adding elements to a stock design, etc.

What do I do if my order says 'delivered' but I never received it?

I am not responsible for orders once they have shipped. If your tracking status says 'delivered' but you never received it, contact your local postal carrier. USPS scanners have GPS and should be able to provide you with the last known coordinates of your package. It is a common mistake for postal workers to leave their scanner status on 'delivered' when they are working at a main location. Your local USPS office/worker should be able to assist you. If you believe your package was stolen, you need to file a report with your local police. I apologize, but no replacement orders will be sent in these situations.

I wanted to go ahead and review even though we haven’t been able to hang it yet. What I appreciated about the photo (I will update, once on the wall) is how well they wrapped and made sure -best they could- it would arrive to me in good condition. It’s a great size. I love the print. I love the message. I love that they modified it with our last name in the corner instead of a date. It’s perfect. We will love it for a long time. High quality. Decent weight. So much good to this piece. It did take a few weeks to ship, make sure you upgrade if you need it quickly. But it was worth the wait for the craftsmanship! I’m not putting down the shipping time. It did arrive in the timeframe they stated. Just a heads up. I’m very happy with my purchase and my picky husband is as well, so it just perfect. Thank y’all!
